What can you analyse?
The main quality control parameters of animal meals refer to fat analysis. CDR FoodLab® simplifies and speeds up the control of the acidity and oxidation state of animal meals, working with minimal quantities of solvents (1 gram of animal meal + 3 mL of alcoholic solvent).
The instrument is compact and you can use it anywhere, in production facilities or in the laboratory. Fast and intuitive, it provides results in accordance with reference methods.
